Can I add an attachment to my email edition?

Do you have a mail merge feature/can we personalize each email?

Can we add a table or graph in an edition?
Not at this time, but if you’d like us to consider it please submit this feedback via Canny. We recommend taking a screenshot of the table or graph and inserting the image.
Can I add audio or video to an edition?
Embedding audio or videos are not currently possible as most email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) do not support that. However, we have a feature that allows you to upload an image or gif of your video with a play button icon to prompt recipients to click the image. The recipient will be taken to the video link in a new web browser tab. View instructions on this feature here.
I changed the byline in my series settings but the change is not appearing in my edition.
You can manually change the byline in your edition by editing the name in your intro card. Since the byline was changed in your settings after the draft was created, it will not automatically update. Any new drafts created will have the new byline.
My page/content isn’t loading. What can I do?
Please try a hard refresh of your browser: Cmd+Shift+R on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows. Also make sure to clear any cookies in your browser (by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Browsing Data, in Chrome) and refresh the page.
If refreshing doesn’t help:
- Your organization may be set to require SSO. If so, please select “Login with SSO” when accessing Axios HQ.
- You may not have access to the series you are trying to load. Contact your Axios HQ account manager to check your permissions and help you gain access.
Why can't I see my series menu?
The side panel may be collapsed. To expand, navigate to the Sidebar icon in the top left corner.
What type of notifications can I see in the HQ notification center?
You will receive notifications for several activities, including when you are added as a collaborator to a series, assigned a task in the editor, mentioned in a comment within the editor, and when your analytics report is downloaded.
