Streamline your workflow by adding Canva images straight to your edition.
The Canva integration streamlines your workflow by enabling direct image uploads from your Canva account to HQ. This eliminates the extra steps of downloading and re-uploading, saving you time.
⭐ The Canva interation requires an upgrade from the Essential Package.

1. Enabling the Canva integration
Only Admins or Owners of your organization can enable the Canva integration.
🛠️ How it works:
- Navigate to Org-level Settings on your left side panel.
- Open the Integrations tab.
- Find the Canva app and select Approve.
- Confirm connection—you should now see Canva listed in your connected integrations on your profile page.
- Once enabled, members of your organization will be able to use the Canva integration to upload images and designs directly into their edition.
2. Connecting to Canva
Even though an Admin enables the Canva connection, each User will still need to connect their own Canva account.
🛠️ How it works:
- Navigate to your Axios HQ profile in the top left corner of your workspace.
- Scroll down and click “Connect to Canva”—log in with your Canva credentials and allow permission to manage designs.
- Confirm connection—you should now see Canva listed in your connected integrations on your profile page.
3. Uploading images from Canva
🛠️ How it works:
- In the editor, click the Canva icon in the card—you’ll see a pop-up displaying your Canva designs.
- Browse and select an image from your Most recent designs and your Uploads folder.
- Click “Import from Canva”—your selected image will appear in your card.
