1. Review an Agent's activity feed

🛠️ How it works:

  • Navigate to Agents, and select the content-gathering or style and tone agent you'd like to review, then make sure the "Activity" tab at the top of the page is selected.

  • On this page you'll be able to view every card generated by that agent.

  • If an edition has already been sent you'll see a "View sent edition" button instead of a "View Card" button.

  • Clicking on "View card" or "View Edition" will bring you to the generated content.

2. View original source data

🛠️ How it works:

  • Navigate to a generated card in your series planner or in an edition, then click the "View source" button at the top of the card.

  • You’ll see the source message used to generate the content.

    • For Slack-sourced content, this typically links to the original Slack message.

    • For email-sourced content, you’ll see the original email details.

3. FAQs

Do Agents show where a card was created?
Yes. Each item lists the series where the card was generated.

What happens if Slack is disconnected?
If a Slack connection is deleted, the source data is no longer available. The card will remain in HQ but any link to Slack will be removed.

How are Activity feed items ordered?
Newest first (reverse chronological).

Can I remove a single item from the Activity feed?
No, the activity feed will show you all elements that an agent created. The "View Card" button will be grayed out if the card the agent generated was deleted.

Does the Activity feed include cards that were manually written (not generated by an agent)?
No. The feed lists cards that the selected agent generated.
