Duplicate a draft
💡How it works:
- Navigate to your Series’ Workspace > Drafts
- Select the 3 vertical dots of the draft you would like to duplicate
- Hit ‘Duplicate’
- Select the Series you would like the duplicated draft to appear in and hit ‘Duplicate’
- The duplicate version will say ‘Copy of + edition subject line.’’ You can rename the edition by changing the subject line.
Duplicate a sent edition
💡How it works:
- Navigate to your Series’ Workspace > Sent
- Select the 3 vertical dots of the sent edition you would like to duplicate
- Hit ‘Duplicate’
- Select the Series you would like to duplicate to and hit ‘Duplicate’
- The Duplicate version will appear in the drafts of the selected series with title ‘Copy of + edition subject line.’’ You can rename the edition by changing the subject line.
Duplicate a template
💡How it works:
- Navigate to your Series’ Workspace > Templates
- Select the duplicate icon on your template preview
- Select the Series you would like to duplicate the template to and hit ‘Duplicate’
- The duplicate template will appear in the template section of the selected series with title ‘Copy of + template name’’
- To rename the template, select it then hit edit. It will take you into the editor and there is a page icon in the top right corner where you can edit the template information.

Can I duplicate an edition to one-offs?
Not at this time but we are considering this in the future.
Can I duplicate into the same series?
Yes, you can select the series you are currently in and duplicate.
I’m trying to duplicate to a series but I’m not seeing the series in the dropdown.
Double check that you are a collaborator in the series you are trying to duplicate to. If you are not a collaborator, you will need to request to become a collaborator from the owner of the series before you can duplicate into that series.
