Sharing to SharePoint:

  • There are three ways to share to SharePoint:
    • Right after sending an edition on the “Send Successful” modal

    • Via the three-dot menu on the “Sent” tab

    • From the sent edition view

  • After clicking “Share to Sharepoint” a modal will appear where you can generate a Smart Brevitized summary of your edition by selecting “Generate summary.” Note: This is only available to organizations that have not opted out of AI features.

💡 You can also edit, add emojis, and images to the message that will be posted to SharePoint. You can add an image to your post by selecting any of the featured images in the edition.

  • Clicking “Share to SharePoint” will post the message to the web part created during setup.

  • Selecting the “Click to read” button leverages public and private links so readers can read on the web. Note: This integration is not accessible to organizations that have disabled private or public links.
  • Posts will appear in reverse chronological order based upon the edition’s published date

Deleting or updating a post

  • To delete or update a post, click the “Share to SharePoint”button to view the Share to SharePoint modal on a shared edition.

Disconnecting from SharePoint

  • Owners and admins can disconnect SharePoint from the “Integrations” page.
  • All SharePoint posts will be permanently deleted
