🛠️ How it works

  • As an Axios HQ Owner or Admin, navigate to Settings > Integrations, and then click "Connect" on SharePoint to launch the setup flow.
  • Enter your Microsoft 365 tenant id and select the series you would like to share to SharePoint.
    • Note: You can only share from one series at this time.
  • Complete the steps listed on your screen.
  • Confirm that you've given the Axios HQ app API access:
    • On the left hand side of your SharePoint admin site, you should be able to click Advanced > API Access.
    • Then you should see a screen that displays a pending request for Axios HQ that you'll need to approve.

🛠️How it works:

  • After sending an edition, you’ll have the option to "Share to SharePoint." There are three ways to do so:
    • Via the "Send successful" modal after sending an edition.
    • Via the three-dot overflow menu on the Sent tab.
    • Via sent edition view, by clicking on "Share options."
  • After clicking "Share to Sharepoint" a modal will appear where you can generate a Smart Brevitized summary of your edition by selecting “Generate summary.”
    • Note: This is only available to organizations that have not opted out of AI features.
  • Clicking "Share to SharePoint" will post the message to the web part created during setup.
  • Selecting the "Click to read" button leverages public and private links so readers can read on the web.
    • Note: This integration is not accessible to organizations that have disabled private or public links.
  • Posts will appear in reverse chronological order based on the edition’s published date.

3. Deleting or updating a post

🛠️How it works:

  • To delete or update a post, click the "Share to SharePoint" button to view the Share to SharePoint modal on a shared edition.
  • Select "Delete post" to delete, or make any changes to the summary, then click "Update message."

4. Disconnecting from SharePoint
